Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Transit cover and liability
Unless a higher level of cover is selected and confirmed in writing on your quotation, goods travel under carrier's liability only, which responds to proven negligence up to a contract cap. Restricted transit cover responds to named events. Full replacement value responds to accidental loss and damage on a declared basis.
Cartons packed by the owner are excluded from cover for damage to contents where the carton itself is undamaged. High-value items must be declared individually before the move.
Public liability cover protects third parties and the building. It does not cover your goods, and a certificate of currency is not evidence that your goods are insured.
Access, approvals and delays
We lodge building access requests, dock bookings and goods lift allocations at both ends where you ask us to, but we do not control whether a building manager grants them. Delays caused by a destination site that is not ready, including an unfinished fitout or a comms room without power or cooling, are outside our control and may attract standing time.
Dangerous goods and restricted items
We do not carry LPG cylinders, fuel, solvents, aerosols above small quantities, ammunition, or clinical or chemical waste. Interstate consignments are screened against state entry requirements including quarantine and biosecurity restrictions. Items that cannot travel are identified in writing before loading wherever possible.
Demonstration website

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of WA.
